I don't think there is anything to be changed in this course, it was very productive.
I really enjoyed the course, feel like I have learnt a lot of key techniques + ideas that I will take away with me. Course was structured and presented very well + was very interactive, which kept me engaged.
The session was open and the venue was comfortable to talk as it didn't feel like a class. IT was easy to express your thoughts and debate ideas. I understand more about the sales process now and feel more comfortable to discuss options with people. It was a relaxed environment to discuss.
I learned a lot from this course and really enjoyed it. I will definitely use everything I have learned today and encourage for a few changes to be made to help with membership sales and looking after existing members
3 Days covered all aspects of the sales process well. Lecturers did a very professional and clear job. Good idea to have a different lecturer each day – makes more interesting. Lots of new ideas to put into practice. Different thoughts on why we are selling – feel very confident.
One of the best structured and results oriented courses I've been on Lecturers were easy, interesting and understandable. They were boosting optimism and energy. I do feel confident about selling, because I have a much better understanding of the product.
Length of the course is perfect just enough time. Lecturers- excellent, enthusiastic and explain everything fully (they make sure you understand). I feel I have learnt lots and lots of extremely valuable information re products and customers. I feel with some practice can utilise the skills and sell membership. Thank You.

I do feel confident enough to go and sell a membership. Although English isn’t my 1st language, when I start work I will be more confident and willing to do my job. I enjoyed my training it was a different experience. It’s good to have this opportunity for me.
