Since introducing the SMART system from Momentum Business Development in November 2008 our member retention has improved significantly. We have had some great feedback from our members who really appreciate the personal support they receive from their nominated Fitness Instructor. Our staff like the system as their job role is now much more structured and rewarding than before. We estimate that if our attrition trend had continued at previous levels we would now have 280 fewer members than we actually have. The financial implications of that don?t bear thinking about!
